Selecting a video

Some of the videos have options available depending on your individual preference. These include listening to soothing music, sounds of nature/experience and voice over guided relaxation. Information is available when selecting a video.

Each video is produced in MP4 H.264 format and are available in both 4k and 2k quality which can be viewed across a wide variety of Virtual Reality Headsets using your favorite 360 degree video player.

We do recommend high quality devices such as the Samsung Gear VR for the very best experience as well as the use of headphones.

If you are unsure, we suggest downloading the free sample video to ensure compatibility with your device and to check if your device will run 4k or 2k versions of the videos

How to use the videos

Upon purchase you will be able to download the video/s via the direct link or the email you will receive. 

IMPORTANT: DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE VIDEOS DIRECTLY TO YOUR PHONE AS THEY ARE QUITE LARGE. PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE VIDEOS TO YOUR PC.

The following instructions are a guide only. If using a virtual reality device, please follow your devices manufacturer's instructions if applicable

1. Once the download has completed, double click the zip file and extract the files to your hard drive

Desktop Computer 

2. If you have a VR headset, ensure your headset is connected as per your manufacturers instructions

3. If not already, install and run Kolor Eyes or another 360 degree video player

4. Drag the MP4 video file from the location on your hard drive into the video player application

5. Sit back, relax and enjoy your experience through your VR Headset or by clicking and dragging the view around on your desktop.

Samsung Gear VR

2. Ensure your phone is connected to your pc and you can see the directories and files on your phone

3. Locate the Oculus/360video  directory on your phone

4. If not already there, create a folder call exVRience

5. Copy the MP4 video file and the corresponding PVR file from the location on your hard drive into the exVRience folder on your phone

6. Put on your Samsung Gear VR and run the Oculus 360 Video application

7. Choose the exVRience folder and the file you purchased

8. Sit back, relax and enjoy your exVRrience

Other phones

For other phones we recommend the Kolor 360 video player which is available for free for IOS and Android

Android

2. Once this is installed, ensure your phone is connected to your pc and you can see the directories and files on your phone

3. Copy the MP4 video file from the location on your hard drive into the \Movies\KolorEyes folder on your phone

4. Run the Kolor Eyes app

5. Choose the file your purchased

6. Put on your Virtual Reality headset and headphones

7. Sit back, relax and enjoy your experience

IOS

2. Once this is installed, ensure your phone is connected to your pc and run iTunes

3. Using iTunes copy the MP4 video file from the location on your hard drive into the KolorEyes app

4. Run the Kolor Eyes app

5. Choose the file your purchased

6. Put on your Virtual Reality Headset and headphones
